You will receive a Unique HEdpAY Account ID (UID) upon successfully passing the KYC verification stage.

When an account is inactive or disabled, you can still access your wallet and its features as a BASIC wallet account without the FIAT components and other features provided by the STANDARD and PRO accounts.

The HEdpAY Unique Account ID (UID) is provided to natural persons who have completed the KYC/AML verification process. The account number is displayed on your profile page.

The BASIC wallet includes the following primary cryptocurrencies: HDP, ETH, BTC, USDT, BNB, BUSD.

The Hedpay Payment Card is available for natural persons who have completed the KYC/AML verification process. Please verify your profile page to see if your location is eligible for the payment card. More details are provided in our Whitepaper.

Hedpay maintenance fees are charged monthly to your account. The system automatically charges your credit card on file. However, if the credit card payment fails after several attempts within the first three (3) months, you will receive a notification email regarding the suspension of your account. If you do not take the appropriate action, you will receive additional notifications after six (6) months. Following the third and final notification, your account will be disabled (rendered inactive) and downgraded to avoid maintenance fees.
